They eat "plant based fibre"🌾🌾🌾


I'm seeing people who think "taking probiotics do the job". Sorry it doesn't work like that because you still need fibre to "feed" them.


Taking probiotics is a "seedling" process only.


Fertilise with fibres☺️☺️


Do a batch cooking. Create few of them so you don't have to make it every night :)


Ingredients

- Oats 40g

- Frozen berries approx. 90g

- Plant based milk 125ml
